Glen is the newest addition to the litigation team at Rivera & Associates . He completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology. Thereafter, he attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008. Glen is authorized to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California.

Glen has a broad range of legal experience, ranging from defending public entities and public officials in civil rights and employment matters to representing business entities and individuals in personal injury and construction defect matters. Glen has also counseled and represented management in all manner of employment matters including investigations and litigation of claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour matters and labor union relations.

Glen has represented clients in wide variety of legal matters including small claims appeals in state court, back-pay disputes before the Labor Commissioner, civil rights class actions in federal court pursued by thousands of potential parolees in the California penal system, and several multi-million dollar wage and hour class actions in both state and federal courts. Regardless of the venue or the dispute, Glen is dedicated to providing clients thoughtful, aggressive, and efficient representation tailored to address their needs.
